Your membership begins the day you sign up and is valid for 12 full months. There are no waiting periods, so you can start using your benefits right away.
What happens if I don’t use all my benefits during the year?
Any unused services or benefits do not roll over to the next year. We encourage you to use your full benefits annually to get the most value from your membership.
Is the membership refundable?
Membership fees are non-refundable. However, your benefits can be used at any time during your active membership year.

We’ll send you a reminder before your plan expires. You can renew easily at your next visit or by contacting our office.
